Ownership
Every lead captured through your widget belongs to your tenant exclusively. It is never sold, syndicated, shared with another partner, or offered to a marketplace. There is no marketplace. That is not a policy that could change quietly — it is the product.
Isolation
Tenant data is isolated at the database layer, not merely filtered in the application. Another partner cannot query, browse, or be shown your leads, including in aggregate reporting.
What the veteran agreed to
At capture, the veteran opts in to receive a report and to be contacted by the party operating the site they were on — you. Your privacy policy governs what happens next. Make sure it actually covers this; a stale policy that does not mention third-party tools is the gap an examiner will find.
Deletion requests
If a veteran asks you to delete their record, you can remove it from your dashboard. Deletion is propagated, not soft-flagged.
Your obligations
You are the controller of this relationship. Consent scope, contact cadence, do-not-call compliance, and state-level privacy obligations are yours. The widget captures consent; it does not discharge your duties.
