The design constraints below are deliberate. They exist so that embedding the widget does not change your regulatory posture.
The relationship
You license software. You pay a flat fee and a per-unlock fee for access to data captured on your own property. No payment is tied to the settlement of any transaction, no referral fee is paid or received, and no percentage of closed business changes hands.
What the calculators never do
- No rates or APRs. Outputs derive only from inputs the veteran controls. Nothing is presented that could constitute an advertised term.
- No premium quotes. Insurance-oriented calculators return a coverage need figure, never a price.
- No asset allocation or portfolio projection. Needs-math only.
- No recommendation. The output is the veteran’s own arithmetic, explained.
What TVV is not
Not a lender. Not a mortgage broker. Not an insurance producer. Not a registered investment adviser. Not a government agency or contractor. Not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs in any capacity.
