Every capture is classified into one of three tiers. This is not a quality ladder. All three are real leads from real people on your site. The tier reflects how much is known about the person, which is what the price is attached to.
The tiers

| Verified Unsure | $30 | Contact verified, but the path or engagement signal is softer. |
| Unknown | $20 | Captured through a guide path with limited attribute data. |
What drives classification
Two inputs: the widget path the veteran took (an informational guide versus a rated calculator) and their engagement with the report that was sent to them.
Read this before you filter
Do not dismiss Unknown-tier leads on principle. A guide-path capture at $20 from someone early in their research is a materially different prospect from a $50 capture — earlier, not worse. Partners who work all three tiers consistently outperform partners who cherry-pick the top tier.
