What verified means Verified refers to contact details. We confirm a working phone and email before a lead ever reaches your console. Service connection is self reported by the veteran and is never confirmed against VA records. Treat it as a starting point for your conversation, not as documentation.

Is this a lead marketplace?
No. Marketplaces generate leads centrally and sell them to multiple buyers. Here, every lead is captured by your widget on your domain and is visible to exactly one party: you. There is no second buyer. The software has no mechanism to deliver a lead anywhere else.
What exactly is verified?
Contact details. Every lead clears carrier-grade phone verification plus a valid email before it reaches your console, on all three tiers. Service connection is self reported by the veteran and is never checked against VA records — it's where your conversation starts, not documentation you can rely on.
What sets the tier?
Which door the veteran came through, and what they did next. Veterans reporting a service connection take the calculator and receive a gross-up report — they're Verified Unsure until they download it, then Verified Interested. Veterans claiming no service connection come through the guide gate for direction and are Unknown; there is no report for them to open.
Is an Unknown lead a bad lead?
No — it's a different conversation. They told us they're a veteran and asked to be pointed in the right direction. That's a claims-help discussion, and the relationship you build now is the one in place if a rating comes through later. Priced lower because the horizon is longer, not because the person is worth less.
Why would I unlock a Verified Unsure lead?
Because it's the same completed calculator at a lower price. The only difference is that they haven't pulled their report down yet. If you reach them first, you paid less for the same veteran — speed is rewarded, not penalized.
Can a lead's tier change after I unlock it?
The price you paid never changes. A Verified Unsure lead can promote to Verified Interested if they later download their report, but your invoice records what the tier was when you unlocked it.
What if I unlock a lead I can't reach?
Every capture clears carrier-grade phone verification before it reaches your console, so disconnected and invalid numbers never become unlockable. If a verified number turns out to be unreachable, report it from the lead record and we credit the unlock back to your next invoice.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The license is month-to-month and unlocks happen one at a time. Cancel from the console whenever you want — leads you have already unlocked stay yours.
