What we can't help with — and who can.
True Vet Value builds software and publishes plain-English guides. We are not the VA, and we are not accredited to represent you on a claim. There are things we genuinely cannot do, and sending them to us only costs you time:
Check the status of a claim or appeal
File, prepare, or advise on a disability claim
Access, change, or look up your VA records
Tell you what rating you should receive
Provide legal, tax, lending, or insurance advice
All of that belongs with an accredited Veterans Service Officer — free representation, accountable to standards we aren't held to. Start at our Find Help directory, or call VA directly at 800-827-1000.
Please don't send us sensitive information. No Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, medical records, or claim documents. This form isn't built to hold them and we don't want them.
